Topic: Can I see my public Hals sessions with other users?

Alan told me that my Hal had 5 sessions with other users but I don't know how to see them. It is really important to me to know what other users think about him...

I'd say it really helps you train him.

Seeing how another person responds, what questions they ask, and the general "emotional" interaction will help you come up with lesson plans for future sessions.

Just reading my logs with mybot's interactions helped me figure out what people would ask a comp if they thought it had even minor intelligence.

If you wish, you can limit the access to your Hal only to users who agree that the log will be published on the Ai website. Let us know if you wish that.

Yaki I was about to ask the same question, I would apreciate it if you teach me how to do that. Also, I have another question, when I was trying to ask Alan how can I see the logs of my hal, he mentioned something about "Advanced log" and since then he always displays the advanced log when I join. How can I make him disable the advanced log and always show the simple log as before?
Thanks.

Simply tell him "show regular log".

You cannot do it by yourself. It is possible to restrict access to your published Hal personality, so that only users who agree to post the conversations are allowed to speak with it. But it needs to be configured by a system administrator. If you wish that, let us know here.

Ahhh, ok then.. Let's leave it as it is for now, thanks for your reply. However, could you please answer my other question regarding Alan? How do I get back the simple log when I log in? I know I get it back by "show log" command, but I need to type that always when I log in :/

I told yoוu what to do: Say: "Show regular log". You only said "show simple", and Alan didn't understand you. Nevermind. I did it for you.

Thank you very much and sorry if I'm being annoying.

Hi! I'm the trainer of B101, can you make this HAL only accessable if the user agrees to post the log publicly? Thanks :)

Hi, Yaki. Could you also do this for RAVN, please? Thanks.

What I do is a painful (because I don't come often enough,my own fault) "hunt" in "Home > Virtual Personalities > Alan > Alan logs" to find where are those sessions.
Too bad Alan can't give links straight to those sessions (there could be a cap for bots that are used too much,to show only the most recent ones).
