An AI answer missed your goal? Share a small example

Use this thread to discuss answers that look reasonable but do not do the job you asked for. The aim is to make the problem concrete enough that someone else can suggest a useful next test.

• Share the tool and model name, if available.
• Paste the relevant instructions with private information removed.
• Include a short excerpt of the answer.
• Explain the exact requirement it missed.
• Describe the change you already tried and what happened.

For example, a hypothetical task might ask for three bullet points and receive a long essay. That is a different problem from an answer containing an unsupported claim. Please identify the issue you want help with instead of sharing only a rating such as bad or inaccurate.

If you suggest a revised prompt, explain which requirement it addresses so the original poster can evaluate it.
